Cancellation

For purchase made directly through our website www.houseofsparrow.com, please write to us athos@houseofsparrow.com. To arrange the pickup of  your purchase

For purchases made at third party sites (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Zilingo, ShopClues etc ), please refer to their cancellation policy. To avoid shipping charges deduction from your refund, please make sure you place your cancellation request before your order has been shipped.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within (7) days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached & packaging

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (7 to 10) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For damaged or defective products, please contact us at the customer service number to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note.

To help us process your returns/exchange//refund request faster please make sure that  the original purchase bill is enclosed, item/s are placed in its  original packaging, are not  washed or damaged in any way or manner and all labels and tags are  intact.

Mode of Refund

• Refund amount requested against cancellation of an online purchased item will be credited to the account linked to the same credit/debit card  that was used for the shopping. For Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will made through NEFT. To process NEFT payment we would require the following details;
