Q. How do I make a purchase?

Once you have found the item(s) you wish to purchase, select the colour and size and select 'Add to cart'. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the 'Go to checkout' button to view your shopping bag. Here you can review your order before proceeding to the next step.  

To place an order, we'll need your delivery and billing address, and once you've selected your delivery option and provided your payment details, click 'confirm order'.

Yes, you can change your shipping address provided the item hasn’t been despatched already. Once an order has been despatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you have moved house and want to receive the parcel on its way to your old address, try contacting your local Post Office to organise a redirection. House of Sparrow does not charge for courier for return items. Simply send your purchase to us (unworn and in the original condition with all tags intact) using the free returns label enclosed with your order.
